It's important to expect the unexpected, to keep a careful eye out. We've put systems and personnel in place to monitor your server and connection 24x7x365. Non-stop monitoring is included with every dedicated and managed service plan. We will notify you of any failures immediately by e-mail. Basic service includes monitoring of the network and server to ensure service level agreements are met, and monitoring of the ICMP (PING) port.
